...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT NORTHWESTERN MINGO...LINCOLN...
NORTHWESTERN LOGAN AND SOUTHEASTERN WAYNE COUNTIES THROUGH 1130 AM
EDT...

At 1038 AM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 8
miles east of Hode, or 14 miles east of Inez, moving north at 35 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Hamlin, Ranger, Gill, Spurlockville, Harts, West Hamlin, Sweetland,
Branchland, Palermo, Wilsondale, Mud, Lenore, Breeden, Myra, and
Alkol.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

This storm may intensify, so be certain to monitor local radio
stations and available television stations for additional information
and possible warnings from the National Weather Service.
