...LOCALIZED HIGH WATER POSSIBLE THIS EVENING...
Locally heavy rain to the tune of 1 to 2 inches has fallen this
afternoon and evening, with additional brief heavy downpours
possible over the next hour or so. This could result in localized
high water in the typical low-lying trouble areas, with any high
water receding thereafter. Do not drive your vehicle into areas
where water covers the roadway. The water depth may be too great to
allow your car to cross safely.
