...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT SOUTHWESTERN RANDOLPH AND EAST
CENTRAL WEBSTER COUNTIES THROUGH 1115 PM EDT...

At 1029 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of strong
thunderstorms 11 miles northwest of Snowshoe, or 14 miles northwest
of Cass Scenic Railroad, moving east at 10 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Mingo, Huttonsville, Monterville, Valley Head, Bergoo, and Waneta.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with this storm.
Lightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek a safe
shelter inside a building or vehicle.

To report severe weather, contact your nearest law enforcement
agency. They will relay your report to the National Weather Service
office in Charleston West Virginia.
