* At 818 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Clendenin, or
  14 miles east of Charleston, moving northeast at 40 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

  IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

  Clay, Clendenin, Pinch, Elkview, Wallback, Amma, Glen, Left Hand,
