...WINTER STORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 10 AM EST THIS
MORNING...

* WHAT...Significant icing. Additional ice accumulations around one
  tenth of an inch. Less than an inch of additional snowfall is also
  possible.

* WHERE...Northwest Pocahontas and Southeast Randolph Counties.

* WHEN...Until 10 AM EST this morning.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
  conditions will likely impact the morning commute. Power outages
  and tree damage are likely due to the ice.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If you must travel, keep an extra flashlight, food, and water in
your vehicle in case of an emergency. Prepare for possible power
outages. The latest road conditions for the state you are calling

* WHAT...Freezing rain. Additional ice accumulations around a light
  glaze. Additional snowfall accumulations of less than an inch are
  also possible.

* WHERE...Southeast Pocahontas, Southeast Webster, Southeast
  Fayette, Southeast Nicholas, and Southeast Raleigh Counties.

* WHEN...Until 10 AM EST this morning.

* IMPACTS...Very slippery sidewalks, roads and bridges are possible.
  A few power outages and downed trees may also occur. The hazardous
  conditions may impact the morning commute.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Slow down and use caution while traveling. Prepare for possible
power outages. The latest road conditions for the state you are
calling from can be obtained by calling 5 1 1 or by accessing the
online traffic and roadway portal for your state.

Be prepared for slippery roads. Slow down and use caution while
driving. If you are going outside, watch your first few steps taken
