...WINTER STORM WATCH IN EFFECT FROM WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON THROUGH
THURSDAY MORNING...

* WHAT...For the Winter Weather Advisory, snow expected. Total snow
  accumulations between 3 and 6 inches. Winds gusting as high as 60
  mph. For the Winter Storm Watch, heavy snow possible. Total snow
  accumulations between 4 and 7 inches possible. Winds could gust as
  high as 45 mph.

* WHERE...Northwest Randolph, Southeast Randolph, and Southeast
  Webster Counties.

* WHEN...For the Winter Weather Advisory, until 1 PM EST Tuesday.
  For the Winter Storm Watch, from Wednesday afternoon through
  Thursday morning.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions
  could impact the Monday evening and Tuesday morning commutes.
  Additional travel impacts possible on Wednesday evening. Westerly
  wind gusts of 45 to 60 mph are likely to result in significant
  blowing and drifting snow.
