...WINTER STORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 1 AM EST TUESDAY...

* WHAT...Heavy snow. Additional snow accumulations between 3 and 6
  inches.

* WHERE...Portions of central, northeast, northern, and southern
  West Virginia.

* WHEN...Until 1 AM EST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will
  likely become slick and hazardous. Plan on slippery road
  conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the Monday
  morning and evening commutes.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Persons are urged to stay indoors until conditions improve. If you
must go outside, dress in layers. Several layers of clothes will
keep you warmer than a single heavy coat.

Persons should delay all travel if possible. If travel is absolutely
necessary, drive with extreme caution and be prepared for sudden
changes in visibility. Leave plenty of room between you and the
motorist ahead of you, and allow extra time to reach your
destination. Avoid sudden braking or acceleration, and be especially
cautious on hills or when making turns. Make sure your car is
winterized and in good working order.

...WINTER STORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 1 AM EST TUESDAY...

* WHAT...Heavy snow expected. Total snow accumulations between 5 and
  12 inches with locally higher amounts expected. Winds gusting as
  high as 40 to 50 mph.

* WHERE...Portions of central, northeast, northern, and southeast
  West Virginia.

* WHEN...Until 1 AM EST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will
  likely become slick and hazardous. Whiteout conditions are
  expected and will make travel treacherous and potentially
  life-threatening. Travel could be very difficult to impossible.
  The hazardous conditions could impact the Monday morning and
  evening commutes. Gusty winds could bring down tree branches.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If you must travel, keep an extra flashlight, food, and water in
your vehicle in case of an emergency. The latest road conditions for
the state you are calling from can be obtained by calling 5 1 1 or
by accessing the online traffic and roadway portal for your state.

Persons should consider delaying all travel. If travel is absolutely
necessary, drive with extreme caution. Consider taking a winter
storm kit along with you, including such items as tire chains,
booster cables, flashlight, shovel, blankets and extra clothing.
Also take water, a first aid kit, and anything else that would help
you survive in case you become stranded.

  conditions could impact the Monday morning and evening commutes.
