Virginia, including the following areas, Alleghany VA, Amherst,
Bath, Bedford, Botetourt, Campbell, Craig, Floyd, Franklin, Giles,
Henry, Montgomery, Patrick, Pittsylvania, Pulaski, Roanoke and
Rockbridge, and southeast West Virginia, including the following
areas, Eastern Greenbrier and Monroe.

The flooding threat has ended. Therefore, the Flood Watch will
expire at 10 PM EDT this evening.
