Wilkes and Yadkin, southwest Virginia, including the following
areas, Bland, Carroll, Grayson, Smyth, Tazewell and Wythe, and
southeast West Virginia, including the following areas, Mercer,
Summers and Western Greenbrier.

A flood advisory remains in effect for Smyth County Virginia until
3:00 AM.
