Rises in small streams and normally dry arroyos. Water over roadways. Overflowing poor drainage areas. Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1217 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1.5 and 3.5 inches of rain have fallen. - This includes the following streams and drainages... Georgia Branch, Dolittle Creek, Frisby Branch, Crooked Creek, David Creek, Forsip Creek, Gold Mine Branch, Alabama Creek, Brick Kiln Branch, Halfway Creek, Bear Garden Creek, Cole Creek, Grease Creek, Cooper Creek and Hardware River. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1.5 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
