.DISCUSSION...
Dry conditions are expected at the wildfire location through the next couple
of days. The next chance for rainfall does not look to be until Friday of
this week, with only a 40-50% chance of showers/thunderstorms. Prior to this
chance of rainfall, temperatures look to increase each day through Thursday,
with highs on Wednesday to around 90 degrees. By Thursday the high looks to
increase to around 91-92 degrees. Overall, winds look to remain very light at
around 5 mph or less; however, wind direction looks to shift several times
throughout the next few days. Wednesday looks to maintain a west/northwest
wind, that looks to transition to the southwest at night before shifting
towards the west/northwest during the late morning and early afternoon on
Thursday. Overall, while winds look to remain light, mixing heights will be
quite high, which will lead to overall good dispersions across the burn location.
Minimum RH values look to drop into the low 40% range at the fire location over
the next few afternoons.
