.DISCUSSION...
High pressure will be over the area Wednesday. Aside for
some early morning cloudiness. Expect mainly clear skies and sunshine
for the afternoon...winds light out of the west.  The day will
also start off well below freezing, and it may take most of the
day before readings get into the lower 30s.

Remarks: Wetting rain and freezing rain have reset the clock with
respect to fuel moisture. As such, no fire spread concerns for
Wednesday. Looks like a favorable day for conducting pile burns if
you had them covered prior to the current precipitation event.
