This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for north central North Carolina,
northwest North Carolina, southwest Virginia and southeast West
Virginia.

.DAY ONE...Today and tonight.

   Flood Watch.

In addition, damaging wind gusts from any storms that become severe
could blow down trees and power lines, which may result in isolated
power outages and blocked roads.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday.

Strong thunderstorms during the afternoons of both Friday and
Saturday may produce heavy rainfall leading to localized flooding.
Damaging wind gusts from any storms that become severe could blow
down trees and power lines, which may result in isolated power
outages and blocked roads.
