            VDOT dispatched to Caldwell Mountain Road
            (SR 606) for repairs from flash flooding.
            Radar estimated that 4 inches of rain fell
            between 4-6 PM. This is the same storm that
            impacted Botetourt County. SR 606, is closed
            going over the mountain from New Castle to
            Fincastle.
