  Wilkes, and Yadkin Counties. In Virginia, Amherst and Henry
  Counties.

* WHEN...Until 9 AM EST Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous.
  Black ice can lead to slick travel.
