...WINTER STORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 1 PM EST SUNDAY...

* WHAT...Heavy snow. Additional snow accumulations between 3 and 5
  inches. Winds gusting as high as 55 mph.

* WHERE...Alleghany NC, Ashe, and Watauga Counties.

* WHEN...Until 1 PM EST Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Strong winds could
  cause tree damage.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Strong winds Saturday night into Sunday will
  result in blowing and drifting snow...reducing visibility at times.
