.METEOROLOGICAL CONDITIONS (FRI PM - THU AM)...

Forecast remains on track with minor changes made to the afternoon
QPF. Increased amounts along coastal srn CA for the current period
given recent observations exceeding model guidance. For the duration
of this system this increase amounts to 0.10-0.25". Models still
show the low shifting to the southwest the rest of today before
turning eastward towards baja tonight. Expect continued scattered
showers and potentially thunderstorms for soCal the rest of today
with lingering showers on Saturday. Generally dry conditions the
rest of the period as high pressure builds in. The exception will be
a slight chance of showers Sunday and Wednesday along the northern
border as a pair of troughs move through the PacNW. SE CA and parts
of the srn Sierra can expect another 0.25-1" now to 00z Sun with
amounts closer to 0.10-0.30" for most of the rest of srn CA.
