.SYNOPSIS...Center of the low pressure system, 28.90 inches, has
lifted away from the Great Lakes this evening and is now
positioned over western Quebec. Widespread strong gales, snow
squalls, and freezing spray are all expected tonight. The next
clipper in a persistent northwest flow pattern arrives late
Tuesday.

Waves 3 to 5 feet.
.TUESDAY...West winds 20 to 25 knots with gusts to 30 knots
diminishing to 15 to 20 knots in the afternoon. Mostly cloudy. Waves
2 to 4 feet subsiding to 1 to 3 feet in the late morning and
afternoon.
.TUESDAY NIGHT...West winds 15 to 20 knots. Light snow ...then a
chance of light snow after midnight. Waves 1 to 3 feet.
.WEDNESDAY...West winds 10 to 15 knots increasing to 15 to 20 knots

snow early in the morning...then light snow likely in the late
