.SYNOPSIS...A weak clipper, 29.90 inches, crosses the region
Saturday offering light snow chances but only minimal increases
in wind strengths. High pressure, 30.20 inches, then follows for
Sunday. Another weak low crosses the region Monday bringing
additional snow chances but again minimal increases in winds.
