Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...Low pressure, depeening to 29.60 inches, will lift
northeast out of the Central Plains today and track through
Central Lake Huron tomorrow afternoon. A period of northwest
gales behind the low is expected over much of Lake Huron late in
the afternoon and early evening hours.

THROUGH SUNDAY EVENING...

.REST OF TODAY...South winds 5 to 10 knots becoming southeast 10 to
15 knots late in the afternoon. Cloudy. A chance of light snow in
the afternoon. Waves 2 feet or less.
.TONIGHT...Southeast winds 15 to 20 knots. Gusts to 30 knots early
in the morning. Snow until early morning...then rain and light snow
early in the morning. Waves 1 to 3 feet building to 2 to 4 feet
after midnight.
.SUNDAY...Southwest winds 20 to 25 knots veering to the west early
in the afternoon. Gusts to 30 knots. Light rain early in the
morning. Light snow until late afternoon...then a chance of light
snow early in the afternoon. Waves 3 to 5 feet subsiding to 2 to 4
feet early in the afternoon. Waves occasionally around 7 feet.
.SUNDAY NIGHT...Northwest winds 15 to 20 knots with gusts to 30
knots diminishing to 10 to 15 knots after midnight. Mostly clear.
Waves 1 to 3 feet.
.MONDAY...West winds 5 to 10 knots backing to the southwest in the
afternoon and evening. Partly sunny in the morning becoming mostly
cloudy. A chance of light snow in the evening. Waves 2 feet or less.
.TUESDAY...Northwest winds 5 to 10 knots. Mostly cloudy. Light snow
likely. Waves 2 feet or less.
.WEDNESDAY...West winds 20 to 25 knots. Mostly cloudy. A chance of
light snow. Waves 2 to 4 feet.
