947 AM EDT Thu May 28 2026

Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...High pressure, 30.30 inches, over Lake Superior
leading to persistent northeast flow over Lake Huron today. The
high will drift to the southern Great Lakes Thursday night into
Friday, sustaining dry conditions across the region. A secondary
high pressure system is forecast to expand from Hudson Bay Friday
to Lake Huron Saturday. This will drive a secondary push of gusty
northeast winds, likely increasing winds and waves in the
nearshore areas.
