Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...Canadian wildfire smoke persists until the overnight
hours as weak low pressure systems approach the region bringing
some showers and thunderstorms. This will be followed by a
secondary low on Saturday tracking across The Straits into
northern Lake Huron with additional unsettled weather.

...DENSE SMOKE ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 10 PM EDT THIS EVENING...

.TONIGHT...South winds 10 to 15 knots veering to the southwest early
in the morning. Mostly clear becoming mostly cloudy late this
evening becoming partly cloudy. Smoke. Waves 2 feet or less.
.SATURDAY...Southwest winds 10 to 15 knots becoming west 15 to 20
knots in the afternoon. Partly sunny. A chance of thunderstorms
early in the afternoon. Showers likely and a chance of thunderstorms
late in the afternoon. Waves 1 to 3 feet.
.SATURDAY NIGHT...North winds 20 to 25 knots diminishing to 15 to 20
knots in the late evening and overnight. Mostly clear. A chance of
showers and thunderstorms early in the evening. Patchy smoke after
midnight. Waves 1 to 3 feet.
.SUNDAY...North winds 10 to 15 knots becoming northeast 5 to 10
knots in the late morning and afternoon. Mostly sunny. Patchy smoke
early in the morning. Waves 2 feet or less.
.SUNDAY NIGHT...East winds 5 to 10 knots veering to the south after
midnight. Mostly clear. Waves 2 feet or less.
.MONDAY...Southwest winds 5 to 10 knots becoming south 15 to 20
knots. Partly sunny...then partly cloudy with a chance of showers
and thunderstorms in the evening. Waves 2 feet or less.
.TUESDAY...Northwest winds 20 to 25 knots. Showers and a chance of
thunderstorms. Waves 1 to 3 feet.
.WEDNESDAY...Northwest winds 20 to 25 knots. Mostly clear. Waves 2
