1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...Surface pressure falls to 30.10 inches over Lake Huron
by Saturday morning as the resident high pressure system drifts
east. An upper level disturbance tracks across the area Saturday
followed by a weak cold front Saturday night, which may trigger
light showers. High pressure then fills back into the region
early next week.
