.SYNOPSIS...Low pressure, deepening to 28.90 inches, moves into
the region Sunday night, bringing widespread strong gales, snow
squalls, and freezing spray through Monday as arctic air surges
into the region. A cold northwest flow pattern will dominate
through much of the week.

MORNING...

.REST OF TONIGHT...Southeast winds 10 to 15 knots. Mostly cloudy. A
chance of light rain after midnight.
.SUNDAY...Southeast winds 10 to 15 knots diminishing to 5 to 10
knots early in the afternoon...then increasing to 10 to 15 knots
late in the afternoon. Light rain likely early in the morning...then
rain in the late morning and afternoon.
.SUNDAY NIGHT...Southeast winds 15 to 20 knots becoming southwest 20
to 25 knots with gusts to 30 knots by midnight...then increasing to
35 knot gales with gusts to 40 knot gales after midnight. Rain.
Light rain and light snow likely after midnight.  A Gale Warning may
be needed.
.MONDAY...Southwest at 35 knot gales becoming west to 30 knots early
in the afternoon. Gusts to 40 knot gales. Light snow likely early in
the morning...then light snow in the late morning and afternoon.
.MONDAY NIGHT...Northwest at 35 knot gales diminishing to 30 knots
after midnight. Gusts to 40 knot gales. Mostly cloudy. Light snow
early in the evening...then a chance of light snow by midnight.
.TUESDAY...Northwest winds to 30 knots becoming west 15 to 20 knots
in the afternoon...then increasing to 20 to 25 knots in the evening.
Mostly cloudy. A chance of light snow in the evening.
.WEDNESDAY...West winds 20 to 25 knots. Mostly cloudy with a chance
of light snow.
