Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...High pressure, 30.40 inches, gradually works across
the region into Saturday allowing winds to slowly decrease.
Another low, 29.60 inches, is forecast to lift directly across
the central Great Lakes from the Midwest Saturday night Sunday,
bringing widespread snow and a few hour period of potential gales
over Lake Huron late day Sunday.

.TONIGHT...West winds 15 to 20 knots diminishing to 5 to 10 knots.
Mostly clear. A chance of flurries early in the evening. Waves 1 to
3 feet.
.SATURDAY...Southwest winds 5 to 10 knots backing to the south in
the afternoon. Mostly cloudy. Light snow likely in the afternoon.
Waves 2 feet or less.
.SATURDAY NIGHT...Southeast winds 15 to 20 knots becoming south 20
to 25 knots with gusts to 30 knots in the late evening and
overnight. Snow until early morning...then rain and light snow after
midnight. Snow may be heavy at times until early morning. Waves 1 to
3 feet building to 3 to 5 feet in the late evening and overnight.
Waves occasionally around 7 feet.
.SUNDAY...Southwest winds 20 to 25 knots veering to the west early
in the afternoon. Gusts to 30 knots. Light rain and snow until late
afternoon...then a chance of light snow early in the afternoon.
Waves 2 to 4 feet.
.SUNDAY NIGHT...Northwest winds 20 to 25 knots diminishing to 15 to
20 knots after midnight. Mostly clear. Waves 2 to 4 feet subsiding
to 1 to 3 feet in the late evening and overnight.
.MONDAY...West winds 10 to 15 knots becoming southwest 5 to 10 knots
in the afternoon and evening. Partly sunny in the morning becoming
mostly cloudy. A chance of light snow in the evening. Waves 2 feet
or less.
.TUESDAY...Northwest winds 5 to 10 knots. Partly cloudy. A chance of
light snow. Waves 2 feet or less.
.WEDNESDAY...Southwest winds 20 to 25 knots. Partly cloudy. Waves 2
to 4 feet.
