Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...A hybrid cold front and low pressure trough, averaging
29.80 inches, moves through the Great Lakes today and Thursday
which brings showers and thunderstorms to the marine zones.
Strong to severe thunderstorms will be possible this afternoon
and evening. North-northwest winds behind this system will
increase on Thursday, ranging from 20 to 25 knots.

.TONIGHT...South winds 5 to 10 knots becoming southwest 10 to 15
knots after midnight. Partly cloudy. A chance of showers after
midnight. Waves 2 feet or less.
.THURSDAY...West winds 10 to 15 knots veering to the northwest late
in the afternoon. Partly sunny. Waves 2 feet or less.
.THURSDAY NIGHT...North winds 10 to 15 knots. Partly cloudy. Waves 1
to 3 feet.
.FRIDAY...Northeast winds 10 to 15 knots becoming east 5 to 10 knots
in the late morning and afternoon. Sunny. Waves 2 feet or less.
.FRIDAY NIGHT...Southeast winds 5 to 10 knots. Mostly clear. Waves 2
feet or less.
.SATURDAY...South winds 5 to 10 knots veering to the southwest in
the evening. Partly sunny becoming mostly cloudy. A chance of light
showers in the morning...then a chance of showers and thunderstorms
in the afternoon and evening. Waves 2 feet or less.
.SUNDAY...Northeast winds 5 to 10 knots. Partly cloudy. Waves 2 feet
or less.
.MONDAY...East winds 10 to 15 knots. Mostly clear. Waves 2 feet or
less.
