.SYNOPSIS...High pressure, 30.50 inches, will settle the northeast
conus today. Low pressure is forecast to move across northern
Ontario into Quebec on Thursday, dragging a cold front across the
Great Lakes. This front will provide the next chance for light
rain.

knots early in the morning. Clear. Waves 2 feet or less.
.THURSDAY...Southwest winds 10 to 15 knots. Mostly sunny. A chance
