Occasional wave height is the average of the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum. .SYNOPSIS...High pressure, 29.90 inches, will reside over the region today. A deepening low pressure system then moves through the southern Great Lakes late tonight into Sunday, passing south of Lake Erie at around 29.60 inches Sunday afternoon. This system ushers in an arctic air mass and gusty northwest flow through the early week. The next arctic low drops into the northern Great Lakes mid next week.
