Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...A strong cold front sweeps across the Great Lakes late
tonight, bringing a line of strong to severe storms across the
area. A quieter pattern then emerges Friday and Saturday with
another cold frontal passage Saturday night.

.TODAY...Southwest winds 10 to 15 knots. Light showers early in the
morning. A chance of light showers late in the morning. Waves 2 feet
or less.
.TONIGHT...South winds 10 to 15 knots becoming southwest 20 to 25
knots. Partly cloudy becoming mostly cloudy. A chance of light
showers in the late evening and overnight. A chance of thunderstorms
after midnight. Waves 1 to 3 feet.
.FRIDAY...West winds 15 to 20 knots diminishing to 10 to 15 knots in
the late morning and afternoon. Partly sunny early in the morning
then clearing. Waves 1 to 3 feet.
.FRIDAY NIGHT...West winds 10 to 15 knots diminishing to 5 to 10
knots after midnight. Clear. Waves 2 feet or less.
.SATURDAY...Southwest winds 5 to 10 knots increasing to 15 to 20
knots. Sunny becoming mostly clear. Waves 2 feet or less.
.SUNDAY...Northwest winds 15 to 20 knots. Partly cloudy. Showers
likely and a chance of thunderstorms. Waves 1 to 3 feet.
.MONDAY...Southwest winds 10 to 15 knots. Mostly clear. Waves 2 feet
or less.
