Occasional wave height is the average of the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum. .SYNOPSIS...Low pressure of 29.3 inches will continue to push eastward over northern Ontario as it drags a cold front across the central Great Lakes this morning. West to northwest flow increases fairly quickly this afternoon behind the front, with sustained winds around 25 to 30 knots. High pressure quickly builds into the region Monday, allowing northwest winds to relax in/around daybreak. Attention then turns to the potential for gales on Lake Huron from the south and southwest late Monday night through Tuesday as low pressure of 29.2 inches tracks across the Canadian Prairies and eventually up into the Hudson Bay region through mid week.
