Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...High pressure builds across the Great Lakes today,
then exits into the Mid-Atlantic on Monday as a cold front
reaches the western Great Lakes. This front will pass across the
region Monday night into Tuesday leading to periods of showers
and thunderstorms. Wet weather could persist into Tuesday before
high pressure from Alberta/Manitoba builds in by Tuesday evening
with a drying effect.

.TONIGHT...Northeast winds 10 to 15 knots becoming east 5 to 10
knots by midnight...then becoming light and variable early in the
morning. Clear. Patchy smoke early in the evening. Waves 2 feet or
less.
.MONDAY...Light and variable winds becoming south 10 to 15 knots.
Sunny until late afternoon becoming partly sunny. Patchy smoke.
Waves 2 feet or less.
.MONDAY NIGHT...South winds 15 to 20 knots becoming southwest 20 to
25 knots after midnight. Partly cloudy. Patchy smoke. A chance of
light showers after midnight. Waves 1 to 3 feet building to 2 to 4
feet after midnight.
.TUESDAY...Southwest winds 20 to 25 knots with gusts to 30 knots
becoming west 15 to 20 knots in the late morning and afternoon.
Partly sunny. Light showers likely early in the morning. A chance of
light showers in the late morning and early afternoon...then light
showers likely and a chance of thunderstorms early in the afternoon.
Waves 2 to 4 feet subsiding to 1 to 3 feet in the late morning and
afternoon. A Small Craft Advisory may be needed.
.TUESDAY NIGHT...Northwest winds 15 to 20 knots increasing to 20 to
25 knots in the late evening and overnight. Mostly clear. Light
showers likely and a chance of thunderstorms early in the evening.
Waves 1 to 3 feet building to 2 to 4 feet after midnight.
.WEDNESDAY...Northwest winds 20 to 25 knots becoming north 10 to 15
knots. Partly cloudy in the morning then clearing. Waves 1 to 3
feet.
.THURSDAY...South winds 5 to 10 knots. Clear. Waves 2 feet or less.
.FRIDAY...East winds 5 to 10 knots. Mostly clear. Waves 2 feet or
less.
