Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...Canadian wildfire smoke persists today and tonight
amidst high pressure influence. The next weak low pressure
systems arrive Friday bringing a round of showers and
thunderstorms late in the day and overnight. This will be followed
by a secondary low on Saturday tracking across The Straits into
northern Lake Huron with additional unsettled weather.

...DENSE SMOKE ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 4 AM EDT FRIDAY...

.TONIGHT...East winds 5 to 10 knots becoming light and variable.
Mostly clear. Smoke. Waves 2 feet or less.
.FRIDAY...Light and variable winds becoming southeast 10 to 15
knots. Mostly sunny. Smoke. Waves 2 feet or less.
.FRIDAY NIGHT...South winds 10 to 15 knots veering to the southwest
after midnight. Mostly clear. Smoke early in the evening...then
areas of smoke by midnight. Waves 2 feet or less.
.SATURDAY...Southwest winds 10 to 15 knots becoming west 15 to 20
knots early in the afternoon. A chance of light showers until late
afternoon...then showers and a chance of thunderstorms early in the
afternoon. Waves 1 to 3 feet.
.SATURDAY NIGHT...North winds 15 to 20 knots. Showers and a chance
of thunderstorms early in the evening. Waves 1 to 3 feet.
.SUNDAY...North winds 10 to 15 knots becoming northeast 5 to 10
knots in the afternoon and evening. Sunny becoming mostly clear.
Waves 2 feet or less.
.MONDAY...South winds 15 to 20 knots. Partly cloudy. Showers likely
and a chance of thunderstorms. Waves 2 feet or less.
.TUESDAY...Northwest winds 15 to 20 knots. Partly cloudy. Showers
likely and a chance of thunderstorms. Waves 1 to 3 feet.
