...SEVERE NETWORK INSTABILITY AT NCWCP...

Troubleshooting teams continue to narrow down the source of the
severe network instability at NCWCP. Numerous NWS services remain
down/degraded. No ETR.

Known Operational Impacts:
-Several IDP applications, which are used to disseminate WWAs
and/or access model/observational data are down and/or degraded
(this includes Caphandler, MADIS, FTPPRD, TGFTP, SPADES, EDIS,
NWWS-OI, IRIS/iNWS).
-A portion of TG applications, which are used to send/receive
meteorological data to local, national, and international
partners are down (this includes FTPS services).
-NWS Cloud Services, GIS and NWPS, are degraded due to various
datasets not updating.
-OPC and WPC forecast operations are severely degraded.
-WPC, OPC, AWC, and NCO`s websites are not updating with current
data.
-Critical NWS systems and network monitoring are down.
-Internet is not accessible while on NCEP CP VPN.
