.SYNOPSIS FOR THE NORTHERN AND CENTRAL WASHINGTON COASTAL AND INLAND
WATERS...Weak high pressure overhead will quickly move out the
region today, with pockets of mist and fog at times over the
waters. Seas are expected to remain elevated through much of the
forecast, as winds pick up with a system passing through late this
weekend into next week. Another system looks to brush the waters
Tuesday into Wednesday.
