.SYNOPSIS FOR THE NORTHERN AND CENTRAL WASHINGTON COASTAL AND
INLAND WATERS...Seas and winds will decrease today as a low
pressure system continues to spin well west of Vancouver Island.
Another deep low pressure will track northward along the coastal
waters on Friday for another round of strong southeasterly winds
and elevated seas. This second low will weaken over the offshore
waters over the weekend.
