* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.

* WHERE...A portion of west central Washington, including the
  following county, Snohomish.

* WHEN...Until midnight PST tonight.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - Heavy rainfall this afternoon and evening may drive area
    rivers into minor flood, including Skykomish and to a lesser
    extent Snohomish River.
