Fire Weather Planning Forecast for Western Washington
National Weather Service Seattle WA
230 PM PDT Wed Jun 18 2025

.DISCUSSION...An exiting front will allow showers to linger over the
Cascades tonight otherwise, dry conditions and clearing skies are
expected into Thursday. Clouds will gradually increase Thursday afternoon
ahead of the next frontal system. Chances for wetting rains will
improve with as this system moves through the area Friday, but
increased instability may allow for a slight chance of thunderstorms.
The parent low will bring showers for the weekend. Warm and dry
conditions are expected to return for the start of next week.

Forecast for 20 foot wind speed (valleys and ridge tops) are 10
 minute averages reflecting RAWS winds.
