.DISCUSSION...A deep upper level low will linger over the eastern
Pacific through Friday before weakening and moving inland Friday
night. This will bring cooler and wet weather to the region for the
weekend into the first part of next week. Snow levels will drop down
to near 4000 feet Sunday and Monday with high elevation snow expected
in the Cascades and Olympics.

 Forecast for 20 foot wind speed (valleys and ridge tops) are 10
 minute averages reflecting RAWS winds.
