.DISCUSSION...Abundant clouds are expected Tuesday morning before
some clearing Tuesday afternoon. However, areas of low clouds may
linger through the afternoon. Clouds will increase again Tuesday
night into Wednesday. Generally dry conditions are expected
through Wednesday, but a few showers cannot be ruled out, especially
Tuesday morning. Ceilings and visibilities will remain low through
Tuesday AM before some improvements in the afternoon. Lower
ceilings will then return Tuesday night and continue through
Wednesday. 10000 FT MSL winds will remain north through Wednesday,
peaking between 25 to 35 kts on Tuesday before subsiding to 20 to 25
kts Tuesday night.
