.DISCUSSION...Easterly gap flow and dry conditions will persist
through the morning today before surface flow turns onshore in the
afternoon. Winds will shift back to westerly by this evening,
bringing in a cooling trend and ample moisture. Relative
humidities will sharply rise this evening, leading to good
overnight RH recoveries. An isolated light shower may develop
near the burn site Wednesday, but conditions are favored to be
mostly dry and cloudy with much higher RH values.
