into Tuesday, bringing wetting rains and increasing southwesterly
winds to the site. Winds will increase to 8 to 12 mph this evening
and persist into Tuesday before easing throughout the day. Rain
will taper by late Tuesday afternoon into Tuesday evening. Low
clouds linger Tuesday night through early Wednesday morning,
before clearing through the day.
