.DISCUSSION...Generally clear skies expected for the rest of the
day. There is light offshore flow occurring over the Cascades
today which will drop the afternoon RH as low as 30 percent this
afternoon. Recent moisture and cooler temperatures will moderate
the heavy fuels somewhat, but the lower RH today could facilitate
more responsiveness in the finer fuels. More onshore westerly
flow will resume on Monday, increasing those minimum RH values
into the upper 40 percent range. Visibilities and ceilings may
start on the lower end Monday morning, but will improve after
1100.
