warm and dry conditions and light winds. Unstable conditions
remain in place with steep lapse rates keeping red flag conditions
though at least tonight. Relative humidity recoveries are expected
to improve tonight with increased moisture, and temperatures will
be cooler on Friday with improved minimum relative humidities.
Some haze may reduce visibilities Friday morning.
