precipitation across the area on Wednesday with snow levels
around 3500 feet. A warmer and wetter system will arrive on
Thursday with snow levels climbing to near 7000 feet by late in
the day. Cloud ceilings will deteriorate on Wednesday night and
remain poor throughout the day on Thursday...likely remaining at
or below 1000 feet above ground level. 10000 FT MSL winds will be
northwesterly around 30 knots rising to near 40 knots on Thursday.
