.DISCUSSION...Stronger onshore flow today has helped moderate
temperatures somewhat over yesterday, though it will still be warm
and dry. High pressure rebuilds Tuesday with a developing thermal
trough building over the region, will result elevated fire weather
conditions due to low humidity and somewhat stronger winds during
the afternoon hours Tuesday.
