high clouds this afternoon and continued onshore flow will
maintain decent RH recoveries overnight. A slight chance of
thunderstorms is in the forecast for this evening and more so on
Thursday evening, primarily for the Cascades. However, a chance of
lightning must be expressed near the incident area for Thursday
although less than 10%. Nevertheless, some instability in the
atmosphere will be present. SW winds throughout the period 5-10
mph, becoming lighter overnight.
