* WHAT...Rough bar conditions with seas 10 to 14 ft through
  tonight, decreasing to 9 to 12 ft Tuesday.

* WHERE...Grays Harbor Bar.

* WHEN...Until 7 PM PST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft
  especially when navigating in or near harbor entrances.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...A maximum ebb will occur around 700 PM
  Monday, and 745 AM Tuesday. The Monday evening ebb will be
  strong.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Small Craft Advisory for rough bar means that wave conditions
are expected to be hazardous to small craft in or near harbor
entrances.
