  Thursday afternoon. Maximum ebb currents will occur around 445
  PM Thursday and 445 AM Friday. The Thursday afternoon ebb will
  be strong.

* WHERE...Grays Harbor Bar.

* WHEN...Until noon PST Friday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft
  especially when navigating in or near harbor entrances.
