* WHAT...Combined seas 10 or 11 feet subsiding to 8 or 9 feet
  this evening. Bar conditions rough become moderate. Maximum
  ebb currents will occur around 230 PM Monday, 300 AM Tuesday,
  and 315 PM Tuesday. The Tuesday afternoon ebb will be strong.

* WHERE...Grays Harbor Bar.

* WHEN...Until 4 PM PST this afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

A Small Craft Advisory for rough bar means that wave conditions
are expected to be hazardous to small craft in or near harbor
