.SYNOPSIS...
Warm front moving over upper level ridge offshore will move inland
well north of the park Wednesday. Trailing cold front arriving
Thursday. Offshore ridge weakening Thursday night into Friday. A
series of stronger and wetter weather systems will move through
the park beginning Friday with an atmospheric river event likely
next Monday and Tuesday.

.IMPACTS...Strong winds in alpine regions on the mountain,
including the Muir snowfield, will make it difficult to move
safely and could produce local whiteout conditions Wednesday
through Friday. A high level of skill and experience in alpine
terrain, including use of GPS, is recommended for navigation and
camping in these conditions.

.WEDNESDAY...Mostly cloudy. Freezing level near 4000 feet
increasing to 5000 feet in the afternoon.
.WEDNESDAY NIGHT...Mostly cloudy. A chance of rain and snow after
midnight. Snow level near 4500 feet.
.THURSDAY...Rain and snow. Snow accumulation near Paradise of
1 to 3 inches. Snow level rising to near 6000 feet.
.THURSDAY NIGHT...Rain and snow. Light snow accumulations. Snow
level near 6000 feet.
.FRIDAY...Rain and snow. Light snow accumulations. Snow level
near 6500 feet.
