.SYNOPSIS...A system will bring increased cloudiness and chances
of showers to western Washington on Wednesday, with strong winds
near the summit. More notable chances of precipitation are
expected Friday into Saturday as an upper low moves inland over
the region. Warmer and drier conditions are expected to return by
early next week.

.IMPACTS...Strong winds near the summit will make it difficult to
move safely and could produce local whiteout conditions. A high
level of skill and experience in alpine terrain, including use of
GPS, is recommended for navigation and camping in these
conditions.
